UST scores 49.12% in April 2023 Civil Engg Boards

The University garnered a 49.12 percent passing rate in the April 2023 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE).
From the preceding 309 examinees, UST produced 114 examinees with 56 passers in the CELE, results released by the Professional Regulation Commission on Friday, April 28.
The number of examinees decreased to 16,936 with 5,887 passers in the April 2023 Civil Engineering boards, previously with 20,407 examinees last November.
De La Salle University- Manila was hailed as the top-performing school in the April 2023 Civil Engineer Licensure Exams after obtaining an 88.99 percent passing rate.
The national passing rate for this month is 34.76 percent.
In November 2022, the University posted a 72.17 percent passing rate with 223 passers out of 309 examinees. UST’s number of CELE takers saw a consistent decrease in the previous months.
The examinations were conducted in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Palawan from April 23 to 24.
