UST improves in October 2017 psychometrician boards

The University improved its passing rate in the October 2017 licensure exam for psychometricians, with five Thomasians entering the top 10.

UST garnered a 96.53 percent passing rate wherein 139 out of 144 Thomasian examinees made the cut. This was an improvement from last year’s 91.86 percent or 158 out of 172 examinees.

Romelito Manuel Clorina led the new batch of Thomasian psychometricians, after landing in sixth place with a score of 83.40 percent.

Maria Angelica Dicioco bagged the eighth spot with a score of 83 percent. Meanwhile, Benson Mar Mengullo, Michael Raymond Quejas and Reine Maeko Ruiz landed in the tenth place with a score of 86.20 percent.

University of the Philippines-Diliman (UPD) was named the top performing school after garnering a passing rate of 97.67 percent.

Caressa Lynn Siglos from the College of St. John in Roxas City topped the psychometrician board exams with a score of 84.60 percent.

Moreover, UST also improved its passing rate in the October 2017 psychologist licensure exams.

The University garnered a 91.67 percent passing rate or 11 out of 12 examinees passed the exam. This was an improvement from last year’s 38.46 percent or 63 passers out of 120 examinees.

Anna Cristina Tuazon from UPD topped the board exam with a score of 82.90 percent. No Thomasian made it in the top 10.

De La Salle University- Manila was named as the sole top performing school after garnering an 82.61-percent passing rate.
