UST grad ranks 2nd in the July 2022 interior design boards

A Thomasian ranked second in the July 2022 Interior Design Licensure Examinations posted on Tuesday, Jul. 26, with two other Thomasians making it to the top 10.
UST alumnus Patrick Joshua Francisco Uy placed second among 405 interior design board takers nationwide with a score of 86.85 percent.
Uy was joined by two other Thomasian top notchers Marjorie Mae Maranan Dizon and Alexis Nicole Ymaz Sze who garnered percent marks of 82.90 (№8) and 82.80 (№9) respectively.
UST produced 67 passers out of 100 examinees, posting a 67 percent passing rate.
The University of the Philippines — Diliman emerged as the only top-performing school with a rating of 92.86 percent. Hailing from the same school, Ira Louise Fernandez Cayanan led the latest batch of interior design board takers.
The interior design boards were halted for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the latest one originally set on June 29–30 and July 1 last year.
The Professional Regulation Commission announced that 266 out of 405 passed the Interior Designer Licensure Examination. The examinations were conducted in Manila and Cebu in July.
