Three Thomasians clinch top spots in July 2022 master plumber exam

Three Thomasians snagged positions in the top 10 of the July 2022 licensure examination for master plumbers.

Jillianne Espinosa led the new Thomasian master plumbers placing fifth in the examination with a score of 85.40 percent, as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission on Monday, July 25..

Edison Gerona and Ferdinand Laurente secured the seventh and ninth positions, garnering scores of 85 percent and 84.40 percent, respectively.

The University recorded a 79.67 percent passing rate or 46 passers out of 60 examinees in the July 2022 licensure exam for master plumbers.

This was several points lower than the 94.12 percent passing rate (or 32 passers out of 34 examinees) posted by the University on the same licensure examination held last February.

The University of the Philippines — Diliman was hailed the top performing school in the July 2022 licensure examination with a 100 percent passing rate or a total of 19 examinees.

The examination was held from July 16 to 17 in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, and Tacloban.
